Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor and Prize Providers

The Meeting Planner Appreciation Month 2026 Giveaways are sponsored and administered by:

(the “Sponsor”)

The prizes are provided by Caesars Entertainment, Hilton Incentive Collaborative and TUMI, each a “Prize Provider.”

The Sponsor is responsible for administering the Giveaways, collecting eligible entries and selecting potential winners. Each Prize Provider is responsible for providing and fulfilling its respective prize, subject to its applicable availability, restrictions and terms.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaways begin on August 12, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and end on September 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Giveaway Period”).

The Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaways. Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period are void.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who:

• Are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry;
• Have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence; and
• Are professional meeting or incentive planners involved in planning, sourcing, managing or executing meetings, conventions, conferences, incentive-travel programs or business events.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of the Sponsor, Prevue Meetings + Incentives, Caesars Entertainment, Hilton Incentive Collaborative, TUMI, participating properties and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors, prize suppliers and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, sibling, stepsibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. “Household members” means individuals who share the same residence, whether related or not.

Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaways. Eligibility is subject to verification.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit the Meeting Planner Appreciation Month sweepstakes page.

Complete and submit the official entry form by:

• Selecting one, two or all three Giveaways;
• Providing all required information;
• Subscribing—or confirming your continued subscription—to Prevue Meetings + Incentives;
• Confirming that you meet the eligibility requirements; and
• Agreeing to these Official Rules.

The available selections are:

• Caesars Entertainment Luxury Experience Giveaway
• Hilton Incentive Collaborative Getaway
• TUMI Celina Backpack Giveaway

Entrants may select any one Giveaway, any combination of two Giveaways or all three Giveaways while completing the form only once.

Limit one entry per eligible person and per email address for each Giveaway during the Giveaway Period.

If an entrant initially selects fewer than all three Giveaways, the Sponsor may permit the entrant to return during the Giveaway Period and add any remaining Giveaway to the entrant’s existing entry record. This will not create an additional entry in a Giveaway the entrant previously selected.

Using multiple identities, email addresses or accounts, or attempting to enter the same Giveaway more than once, may result in disqualification. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means are prohibited.

Entrants must provide accurate and complete information. Incomplete, inaccurate, late, misdirected, corrupted or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

5. Subscription and Communications

Entry requires an entrant to subscribe—or confirm the entrant’s continued subscription—to Prevue Meetings + Incentives.

By affirmatively selecting the required consent and submitting the entry form, the entrant agrees to receive Prevue Meetings + Incentives communications and acknowledges that the entrant may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications after submitting an otherwise valid entry will not invalidate the entry.

Any opportunity to receive independent marketing communications from Caesars Entertainment, Hilton Incentive Collaborative or TUMI must be presented as a separate, optional selection. Consent to receive communications directly from a Prize Provider is not required to enter and will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.

6. Caesars Entertainment Prize

One winner of the Caesars Entertainment Luxury Experience Giveaway will receive:

• Two complimentary consecutive nights in a Deluxe King Room at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, with room or suite type based on availability;
• A $400 dining credit valid at eligible Caesars Entertainment-owned restaurants;
• Two 50-minute spa treatments at Qua Spa, with a combined maximum value of $400; and
• VIP Diamond Check-In.

The prize is subject to availability and the restrictions, booking procedures, redemption deadlines, blackout dates and other terms established by Caesars Entertainment and Caesars Palace Las Vegas.

Unless expressly included by Caesars Entertainment, the prize does not include airfare, ground transportation, parking, resort fees, incidental expenses, additional meals or beverages, gratuities, taxes, travel insurance or other personal expenses.

A valid credit card and government-issued identification may be required at check-in. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash or credit.

The winner is responsible for communicating with Caesars Entertainment and complying with all instructions, deadlines and conditions required to book and redeem the prize.

7. Hilton Incentive Collaborative Prize

One winner of the Hilton Incentive Collaborative Getaway will receive:

• Four complimentary nights at the winner’s choice of an eligible hotel participating in the Hilton Incentive Collaborative.

The selected hotel, room type, travel dates and reservation are subject to availability and the restrictions, booking procedures, redemption deadlines, blackout dates and other terms established by Hilton Incentive Collaborative and the selected participating hotel.

The prize applies only to eligible hotels participating in the Hilton Incentive Collaborative and made available for this Giveaway. It is not valid at every Hilton-branded property.

Unless expressly included by Hilton Incentive Collaborative, the prize does not include airfare, ground transportation, parking, resort fees, meals, beverages, gratuities, taxes, travel insurance, incidental charges or other personal expenses.

A valid credit card and government-issued identification may be required at check-in. Any unused night or other unused portion of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash or credit.

The winner is responsible for communicating with Hilton Incentive Collaborative and complying with all instructions, deadlines and conditions required to select a participating hotel and redeem the prize.

8. TUMI Celina Backpack Prize

One winner of the TUMI Celina Backpack Giveaway will receive:

• One TUMI Voyageur Celina Backpack.

The backpack is designed with space for a laptop, interior multifunction pockets and exterior zip pockets for convenient access to essentials.

Additional product features and specifications are available on the TUMI Celina Backpack product page.

The specific color, hardware, personalization and other product details are subject to availability. If the advertised backpack becomes unavailable, TUMI or the Sponsor may provide a comparable TUMI product.

Personalization is not included unless expressly authorized by TUMI. The winner must provide a valid mailing address within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. The Sponsor and TUMI are not responsible for delivery delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided by the winner.

The prize is subject to TUMI’s applicable product, shipping, warranty and fulfillment terms.

9. General Prize Conditions

A total of three prizes will be awarded:

• One Caesars Entertainment Luxury Experience;
• One Hilton Incentive Collaborative Getaway; and
• One TUMI Celina Backpack.

An entrant who selects multiple Giveaways will be entered separately into each selected Giveaway. A person may win only one prize during this promotion.

If the same person is selected as a potential winner in more than one drawing, that person will be eligible to receive only the first prize for which the person was selected. An alternate potential winner will be selected for the other prize.

Prizes are:

• Nontransferable;
• Not redeemable for cash;
• Not replaceable if lost, stolen or allowed to expire; and
• Subject to the availability and restrictions established by the applicable Prize Provider.

No prize substitution is permitted except that the Sponsor or applicable Prize Provider may substitute a prize or prize component with one of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

No winner may sell, auction, assign or otherwise transfer a prize. Any attempt to transfer or sell a prize may result in cancellation of the prize.

The Sponsor and Prize Providers are not responsible for a winner’s inability to use a prize within the applicable redemption period. No compensation will be provided for any portion of a prize that a winner does not use.

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local and other taxes associated with accepting or using a prize. The Sponsor may require a winner to provide tax information or complete applicable tax documentation when required by law.

10. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about October 7, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct three separate random drawings:

• One drawing from all eligible entries received for the Caesars Entertainment Giveaway;
• One drawing from all eligible entries received for the Hilton Incentive Collaborative Giveaway; and
• One drawing from all eligible entries received for the TUMI Celina Backpack Giveaway.

One potential winner will be randomly selected for each Giveaway.

The odds of winning a particular Giveaway depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that Giveaway.

11. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided on the entry form.

Each potential winner must respond within five business days after the Sponsor sends the initial notification.

Before being confirmed as a winner, a potential winner may be required to:

• Confirm eligibility;
• Provide valid government-issued identification;
• Sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
• Sign a liability and publicity release, where lawful;
• Complete applicable tax documentation; and
• Complete any documentation required by the applicable Prize Provider.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five business days, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize or fails to return required documents on time, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected through another random drawing.

The Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are blocked, filtered as spam, misdirected or not received because the entrant provided inaccurate or incomplete contact information.

A potential winner is not an official winner until the Sponsor has verified the person’s eligibility and notified the person that all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

12. Travel Conditions

A winner of a travel-related prize should not make travel arrangements until the winner has received written booking instructions or confirmation from the applicable Prize Provider.

The winner and any permitted guest are responsible for obtaining and possessing all required identification and travel documents. The Sponsor and Prize Providers are not responsible for delayed, canceled, interrupted or missed travel or reservations.

A permitted guest, if any, may be required to sign a liability and publicity release before traveling or participating in prize-related activities. If the winner or guest is unable to travel or use the prize on the dates or within the period made available by the Prize Provider, the prize may be forfeited.

The Sponsor and Prize Providers are not responsible for events beyond their reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, labor disruptions, transportation cancellations, government restrictions or property closures.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and applicable Prize Provider to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, company, professional title, photograph, likeness, voice and statements regarding the Giveaways for promotional, advertising and editorial purposes without further compensation or notice.

Nothing in these Official Rules requires a winner to endorse the Sponsor, a Prize Provider or any product or service.

14. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaways will be handled in accordance with the Prevue Meetings + Incentives Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.

Entrant information may be used to:

• Administer the Giveaways;
• Verify eligibility;
• Prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries;
• Contact potential winners;
• Fulfill prizes;
• Maintain required records;
• Provide Prevue Meetings + Incentives communications; and
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Information may be shared with a Prize Provider as reasonably necessary to verify a winner or fulfill that Prize Provider’s prize.

Information will be shared with a Prize Provider for its independent marketing purposes only when the entrant has provided separate, affirmative consent permitting that use.

15. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Prize Providers, participating properties and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims or liability arising from:

• Participation in the Giveaways;
• Acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize;
• Travel or activities connected with a prize;
• Technical, network, electronic or transmission failures;
• Lost, late, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries;
• Unauthorized human intervention;
• Printing, typographical, administrative or other errors;
• Personal injury, death or property damage; or
• Any other matter connected with the Giveaways or prizes.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate any Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or another circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.

If a Giveaway is terminated before its scheduled closing date, the Sponsor may select a winner through a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action requiring termination, where lawful and practicable.

The Sponsor may disqualify any person it determines has:

• Tampered with the entry process or operation of the website;
• Attempted to obtain additional entries through fraud or deception;
• Used automated means to enter;
• Violated these Official Rules;
• Provided false or misleading information;
• Acted in an abusive, threatening or disruptive manner; or
• Attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of a Giveaway.

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of a Giveaway may violate civil or criminal law. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If there is a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any abbreviated description of a Giveaway appearing in advertising, social media, email, promotional materials or elsewhere, these Official Rules will control.

17. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that disputes arising from or connected with the Giveaways or any prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

These Official Rules and the Giveaways are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising from or relating to the Giveaways must be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, an entrant’s recovery will be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the applicable Giveaway. Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or special damages or attorneys’ fees.

Requests must be received by December 31, 2026. The winners list will be made available after the winners have been verified and the prizes have been awarded, subject to applicable law.
